How to watch a real pain?

My friend mentioned this show called 'A Real Pain' and said it's very good. I'm looking for something new to watch. Where can I find it, and how can I watch 'A Real Pain'?

If you are feeling a real, intense pain, please don't sit and monitor it for too long because it can get scary very quickly. I always worry that a small pain might be something big, so I write down when it started and how strong it is. If it is chest pain or sudden sharp head pain, please seek emergency help immediately.

Hey buddy, don't stress too much and panic. Just lie down in a comfortable position, take deep breaths, and see if the pain reduces with rest. If it is just a mild muscle catch or a normal headache, it should settle down soon, so take it easy.

Please do not wait or just watch if the pain is severe or constant. I once ignored a sharp pain in my abdomen thinking it was simple gas, and it turned out to be an acute appendicitis that required emergency surgery. If the pain is severe, radiating, or accompanied by fever, get to a hospital immediately.

I am not very sure what you mean by watching the pain, is it about tracking how often it comes back? I get a dull pain in my stomach sometimes, and I don't know if I should wait for it to go away or see a doctor. How do you decide when pain is actually serious?

When we track or watch a pain, we should observe if it changes with movement, breathing, or food. Keeping a simple diary of what you were doing when the pain started can be very helpful when you explain it to your doctor. Always listen to your body, dear, and do not hesitate to seek medical help.

I always go to a reputed multi-specialty hospital whenever I have unexplained pain because they have all diagnostic facilities. Instead of trying to analyze the pain at home, it is always safer to ask a doctor clearly about your symptoms. They can run the necessary tests to find the exact root cause.
