How to wake up computer from sleep?

My office computer sometimes goes into sleep mode and then doesn't respond when I try to use the mouse or keyboard. Is there a reliable way to wake up a computer from sleep when it's being stubborn?

I used to think my laptop crashed when it wouldn't wake up. Don't worry, just tap the power button once quickly or move your mouse. It takes a few seconds for the screen to respond.

Hey, don't stress too much! Just press the spacebar key on your keyboard a couple of times. It usually wakes up immediately.

I was looking this up because my new keyboard wouldn't wake my PC. Turns out, clicking the mouse or pressing any key on the main keyboard is the standard way to do it.

I use my computer to log my daily sugar readings. Usually, clicking the mouse once wakes it up. If it's stuck, check if the power plug is on.

I completely understand that sudden tech issues can feel very annoying when you are trying to work. Just try pressing the spacebar gently. It should turn on in a moment.

No need to overcomplicate this. Just press the power button once quickly, or click your mouse. It will start up right away.

Honestly, I wish waking myself up was as easy as waking my computer. Just tap any key on your keyboard and you are good to go.
