How to view sleep on apple watch?

I just got an Apple Watch and heard it can track sleep. I've been trying to figure out how to view my sleep data on it, but I'm a bit lost. Can anyone explain the steps?

I just got my watch last week and I am still trying to learn. Do we have to keep the Sleep Focus mode on manually every night to see the data, or does it track automatically?

Haan na, it can be slightly confusing first time. Just open the Sleep app on your watch, it has a teal-colored bed icon. You can see your sleep stages and heart rate there very easily.

My cousin told me to track my sleep cycle because I was feeling very tired. I checked the Health app on the iPhone under the Sleep tab, and it shows the data beautifully. But if your sleep is consistently bad, please consult a specialist.

Just open the Health app on your phone, tap 'Browse', and go to 'Sleep'! It shows sweet little charts of how long you slept and your waking times. It is so fun to track!

Don't stress if it doesn't show up on day one. Ensure you have set up your Sleep Schedule first in the health settings. Once that is done, wear the watch snugly to bed and you will see all your patterns clearly.

Make sure your watch is charged above thirty percent before sleep, otherwise it won't track. Go to the Health app on your paired iPhone, click on 'Browse', then 'Sleep'. It gives you the full breakdown of deep and REM stages.

Actually, it is very simple yaar. Just swipe up to check if your watch is in Sleep Mode before sleeping. Next morning, open the Sleep app on your watch or check the Health app on your phone, everything is listed there.

Tracking sleep is as important as tracking your meals. I view my sleep trends on the paired iPhone's Health app every morning. Having a light dinner also really helps improve those deep sleep numbers shown on the screen.
