How to use sleep app on apple watch?
Just got an Apple Watch and heard it has a sleep tracking app. I'm really struggling with my sleep lately, so I'm keen to use it. How do I set it up and actually use it properly to monitor my sleep?

I totally get it, setting up these tech things can be so confusing when you are already tired! You just need to turn on the 'Sleep Focus' mode from the control center of your watch before sleeping. It will dim the screen and start tracking your sleep automatically.
Just set up your Sleep Schedule in the Health app on your iPhone first. Wear the watch to bed, and make sure it has at least 30% battery. It tracks your deep and REM sleep cycles quite well, which is great for monitoring your recovery after heavy workout days.
Yaar, it is actually very simple to use. Just wear the watch slightly snug so the sensors can read your wrist properly throughout the night. If it is too loose, the data gets messed up. Check the sleep stages in your phone's Health app next morning.
The watch is a nice tool, but try not to obsess over the numbers too much. I use it just to see if my deep sleep is improving with my evening pranayama practice. Just put it in sleep mode and focus on your breathing as you drift off naturally.

Tracking sleep on an app is fine, but drinking a glass of warm chamomile tea and keeping phones away works best. If your watch shows you are waking up constantly or you feel excessively tired during the day, please consult a doctor to rule out issues like sleep apnea.
