How to use magnesium spray for sleep?

I've been having trouble sleeping lately, and a colleague suggested trying magnesium spray. I bought one, but I'm unsure about the best way to use it for sleep. Do I spray it on my skin, or somewhere else?

You don't need any fancy routines for this. Just spray it 4 to 5 times on your soles or calves right before lying down and massage it slightly. It might tingle a bit initially, but that's quite normal and goes away in a few days. It's a very simple and affordable way to get better sleep.

I use it on my legs when my PCOS-related anxiety keeps me awake at night, and it does help me relax a little. But please don't expect it to cure deep-rooted sleep issues or hormonal imbalances overnight. It is just a supportive tool, so keep working on your overall lifestyle and diet too.

Since I have diabetes, I am always very careful about what I put on my skin or take as supplements. I asked my doctor before using the magnesium spray, and he told me it's fine for muscle relaxation. Just make sure you don't apply it on any dry patches or cracked skin on your feet, as it can burn quite badly.

I used to have terrible sleep which was pushing my blood pressure up. While magnesium spray helped calm my legs down, I only got proper relief after I worked on lowering my salt intake and taking my BP meds regularly. Definitely try the spray on your chest or shoulders, but keep monitoring your pressure levels.

I have tried warm milk, badam oil on soles, and now this magnesium spray. I find that applying it to the soles of the feet works best, and if it tingles too much, you can mix a little mustard oil or coconut oil with it. It definitely helps to soothe tired legs after a long day of house chores.

I had severe sleep issues and body aches which I thought would go away with magnesium spray, but it turned out my thyroid levels were completely off. While the spray is nice for temporary muscle relief, please get your thyroid panel checked if this insomnia has been going on for months. Don't skip your routine doctor checkups.

Haan na, sleep issues are so frustrating! I just spray it on my feet before sleeping, and honestly, it really helps to relax the body. Just do a small patch test first because sometimes it can itch, ho na. If it is too strong, you can wipe it off with a damp cloth after twenty minutes.

I was actually terrified to try it because I read online that too much magnesium can be bad, but then my friend told me skin absorption is generally quite safe. I start with just one tiny spray on my arms and wait to see how my body reacts. If you are nervous like me, just start very slow and see if it helps your anxiety before sleeping.

I spent months trying magnesium sprays, chamomile tea, and sleep music, ignoring the fact that my sleep issues were actually a symptom of a heart issue. Please don't be foolish like I was. If your sleep doesn't improve soon, go to a proper clinic and get a complete checkup done to find the real cause.

Magnesium oil or spray works via transdermal absorption, which can help relax muscles and promote restfulness. However, chronic insomnia can be linked to various underlying issues like sleep apnea or stress. It is always best to discuss with your general physician before adding new wellness products to your daily routine.

Even though magnesium spray is just an external application, it is always safer to get a basic blood panel done before starting any supplement routine. Some people might have kidney issues where excess magnesium can build up, so checking with your family doctor first is the most responsible thing to do.

Just spray it on your feet and calves about 15 minutes before bedtime. It really helps to relax the muscles for sleep.
