My daughter used to find it very hard to wind down after her study sessions. I started adding a few drops of lavender oil to her warm bath water in the evening, and it worked beautifully. It really helps calm the mind and prepares the body for a restful sleep.

Getting good sleep nowadays is so difficult, ho na. I just rub a tiny drop of lavender oil mixed with coconut oil on my temples before sleeping. The mild aroma is so soothing, it really helps to relax after a long day of work.

Since I have high blood pressure, my doctor told me that proper sleep and stress management are crucial. I use a lavender oil diffuser in my bedroom at night to help me wind down. It is a good supportive habit, but keeping track of your BP and lifestyle is the most important thing.

Our elders always said that a peaceful mind brings sweet sleep. I started keeping a small open bottle of lavender oil near my bed. The sweet smell is very calming, like sleeping in a fresh garden. It is a very simple and nice way to rest well.

Actually yaar, don't apply pure lavender oil directly on your face, it can cause irritation. I just put 2-3 drops on a cotton ball and keep it under my pillowcase. The fragrance is amazing and helps you fall asleep super fast.

While lavender oil inhalation is wonderful for relaxation, make sure you never consume or ingest it. Many people mistakenly think herbal oils can be added to evening tea. Just stick to diffusing it or smelling it from a tissue for safe sleep support.
