Honestly, please go to a rheumatologist first to get your joints checked. I kept trying various essential oils and home packs for my severe wrist pain, thinking it is just normal swelling, and ended up damaging the cartilage because of the delay. Natural things are fine as add-ons, but do not skip proper medical tests and treatment.

Please don't trust random online blogs saying frankincense oil or boswellia will cure your arthritis. Half of these sellers are just marketing their products. You should show your reports to an orthopaedic doctor and ask if it's safe to use as a massage oil.

With my busy office routine, I don't have time for complicated home remedies. If you want to try frankincense, just mix two drops of the essential oil with some coconut oil and rub it on the joint before sleeping. But let's be real, a good physiotherapy routine and your regular doctor's prescription are what actually work in the long run.

I am also looking for some gentle relief for my mother's joint pain. Does frankincense oil actually help with the early morning stiffness, or is it only for mild aches? If anyone has used a specific brand that is safe, please do share.

Haan, log bolte toh hain ki shallaki ya frankincense joints ke liye badhiya hai. Par isko use karne se pehle thoda diluting zaroori hai, direct lagayenge toh skin red ho jayegi na. Ek baar apne doctor se pooch lo toh tension hi khatam ho jayegi.

You have to be very careful with essential oils like frankincense because they are highly concentrated. Never apply it directly to your skin without a carrier oil, and definitely don't ingest it. Better to consult your family doctor before starting any such alternative therapy for your joints.
