How to use coconut oil for dandruff?

My scalp has been very itchy and flaky lately, and I think it's dandruff. My mother suggested using coconut oil, which she swears by for hair problems. What's the best way to use coconut oil for dandruff, and how often should I apply it?

Oh, dandruff is such a pain, I've been there! Coconut oil helps for sure. Warm it up a bit, apply to the scalp, let it sit for an hour or two (or overnight if you can manage). Then shampoo well. Sometimes adding a drop of lemon juice to the oil helps too, but be careful not to overdo it.

Honestly, sometimes I just want to pour the whole bottle on my head and sleep. But seriously, warm thoda coconut oil, massage it in, and leave overnight. Wash with a mild shampoo. If it doesn't work, maybe just shave your head? Kidding... mostly.

Don't worry too much about dandruff, it's very common! I used to freak out seeing flakes. What worked for me was gently warming coconut oil and massaging it into my scalp about an hour before shampooing. Do this a couple of times a week. It won't disappear overnight but it definitely helps calm things down.

Yeah, coconut oil is good for keeping the scalp moisturized and can help with dandruff. Apply warm oil to the scalp, leave for an hour, then rinse. Also, make sure your diet is good and you're hydrated. Sometimes skin issues reflect what's going on inside. Not a cure-all, but it helps maintain.

Simple. Take virgin coconut oil, warm it slightly in a bowl of hot water, then massage directly onto your scalp. Leave it on for at least an hour, or overnight if you prefer. Wash off with a mild anti-dandruff shampoo. Do this regularly, twice a week, and you'll see results.

Betiyan, ghabrao nahi, ye toh choti si baat hai. Hamare gaon mein sab nariyal tel hi lagate hain. Thoda gunguna karke achche se malish kar lo raat bhar ke liye. Subah achche se dho lena. Dekhna, kitna fark padega. Dadi ke nuskhe kabhi galat nahi hote.

Oh, coconut oil is a staple in our homes for everything, including hair. My amma always says to warm it just a little, gently rub it on the scalp, and leave it for a few hours or overnight before washing. It helps to moisturize. If it's very severe, always better to consult a doctor, just in case.

For dandruff, coconut oil is a common remedy. Warm it slightly, massage into your scalp, leave it for some time, and then wash. But remember, for any persistent issue, even skin or hair, a general checkup is important. Our body's health is all connected, like my BP, it needs regular monitoring. Don't ignore signals.
