How to use cayenne pepper for nerve pain?

My knees have been hurting so much lately, it's this burning kind of pain. My neighbour told me cayenne pepper can help with nerve pain. Is there a specific way to use it, like a paste or something? I just want some relief.

Honestly, I haven't used cayenne for nerve pain, so can't really advise on that. But for general muscle aches, I sometimes make a paste with a little bit and apply it. It feels warm, but nerve pain is different. Please check with a doctor before applying anything strong.

Nerve pain is tricky, yaar. I wouldn't mess around with home remedies without a proper diagnosis. If you're really pressed for time, maybe schedule a teleconsultation first. They might suggest specific patches or creams designed for nerve issues, which are likely safer than DIY solutions.

Beta, nerve pain is not like a common headache. It needs proper medical attention. While some people use capsaicin creams (which is derived from cayenne), those are formulated specifically and are very potent. Please, for your own good, consult a neurologist or your family doctor. They can guide you best.

Oh, nerve pain sounds very difficult. I'm sorry you're going through this. I've only heard of cayenne in cooking. Is it safe to put on the skin for pain? Does it burn or just warm up? I'm curious but also a bit scared to try it.

I track all my health stuff on apps and haven't seen cayenne pepper recommended for nerve pain there. Usually, for specific issues like that, it's always 'see a specialist'. Maybe try some stretching or physical therapy if a doctor recommends it. Don't self-medicate for nerve issues.

Oh my God, I had nerve pain a few months back, it was terrible! I did try some Ayurvedic oil massages, but my doctor strictly told me not to put anything potentially irritating like cayenne pepper directly on. He prescribed proper medication and some physio. Please, go to a doc first.

Nerve pain is truly debilitating and can really get you down mentally. It's okay to feel frustrated and look for solutions. But please, be kind to yourself and don't try anything that might worsen it. A specialist can offer proper relief and support.

As someone managing diabetes, I'm super cautious about anything I put in or on my body, especially for conditions like nerve pain which can be related to diabetes. Cayenne can be very strong. My advice is to definitely talk to your doctor. They can suggest safe and effective options.

Having dealt with my own ongoing health condition (thyroid), I've learned it's always best to rely on doctors for anything serious like nerve pain. Please don't try anything experimental without a medical opinion. Get it properly diagnosed, and then follow whatever treatment plan your doctor gives.

Been there, done that with nerve pain. It's not something to self-treat with kitchen ingredients. What helps is a proper diagnosis by a neurologist, and then specific medicines or therapies. Sometimes they even suggest specific nerve block injections. Cayenne pepper is too unpredictable for this type of issue, don't risk it.
