How to use acv for dandruff?

I've been dealing with really bad dandruff lately, and a friend suggested trying apple cider vinegar (ACV). How exactly should I use it on my hair and scalp to get rid of the flakes? Should I dilute it?

ACV for dandruff? Haan, it works for many. Water mein mix karo, half ACV half water, phir baalon ki jado mein lagao. 15-20 min rakh ke wash kar lo. Weekly ek baar karo, fark dikhega. But remember, always dilute it, seedha mat lagana.

Oh, ACV works wonders for dandruff! What I do is mix equal parts apple cider vinegar and water. After shampooing, I pour it over my scalp and gently massage it in. Leave it for like 5-10 minutes, then rinse. My hair feels so much softer and my scalp is less itchy. Definitely worth trying!

ACV can balance scalp pH and help with dandruff. Dilute it with water (1:1 ratio), apply to scalp, leave for 15 mins, then rinse. While external care helps, remember that a healthy body, achieved through proper nutrition and regular exercise (if your doctor allows), also contributes to overall skin and hair health.

ACV is a good home remedy for dandruff, doesn't cost much. Just mix one part ACV with one part water. After shampooing, apply this mixture to your scalp, let it sit for about 10-15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Do it once or twice a week. It helps balance the scalp pH and reduces flakes.

Haan na, ACV is quite effective for dandruff. Just dilute it with water, like half ACV and half water. Apply it to your scalp after shampooing, let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then rinse. It helps with the itchiness and flakes. Try it once a week, it works!

I've heard about ACV for hair, but for dandruff? Do you dilute it first? And after applying, do you rinse it out completely or leave some? I'm a bit hesitant to try anything new.

ACV for dandruff? Interesting! It's like adding a tangy kick to your hair, but for good. You mix it with water, apply it to the scalp, let it sit for a bit, then rinse. If it helps clear the flakes, maybe I can enjoy my biryani without worrying about white specs on my shoulder, haha!

Yeah, my buddy uses ACV for dandruff. He mixes it with water, like half and half, puts it on his scalp after shampoo, waits 10 minutes, then rinses. Says it works for him. Just dilute it, don't put it straight, that's what he told me.

ACV can be a natural remedy for dandruff, but it's important to dilute it properly to avoid scalp irritation. Mix it with water, apply to the scalp, and rinse. However, if your dandruff is severe or persistent, it's always safer to consult a dermatologist to rule out any underlying conditions and get appropriate medical advice.

For dandruff, ACV can be quite helpful because it's acidic and helps to balance the scalp's pH. Always dilute it with water, typically a 1:1 ratio, to avoid irritation. After shampooing, pour the diluted mixture over your scalp, massage it gently, leave it for 5-10 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly. Don't worry, it's safe to try.
