How to turn off sleep on mac?

My Mac screen keeps turning off, and I want it to stay on when I'm working. It's not good for my workflow. How do I prevent my Mac from going to sleep?

I literally just did this on my Mac last week! To turn off sleep, go to 'System Settings' (or 'System Preferences' on older macOS). Then click on 'Battery' (if it's a laptop) or 'Displays'. There, you'll find a slider or options to prevent the computer from sleeping automatically or to set the display to 'Never' turn off. It worked for me!

For your Mac, the sleep settings are typically found in 'System Settings'. Look for 'Battery' (if it's a laptop) or 'Displays'. You can adjust the idle time before it goes to sleep. Managing these settings is a small part of managing overall well-being, similar to how regular checkups and a balanced lifestyle are vital for keeping high BP in control.

To turn off sleep on a Mac, go to 'System Settings'. Click 'Battery' for laptops or 'Displays' for desktops. Then simply adjust the 'Turn display off after' slider to 'Never' or check the box that says 'Prevent computer from sleeping automatically'. It's a quick fix.

For your Mac, you'll find sleep settings in 'System Settings', under 'Battery' (for laptops) or 'Displays'. You can set it to 'Never' sleep automatically. It’s about keeping things in balance. Just like with thyroid, consistent monitoring and doctor's advice are important for health, these device settings also need regular checks.

To disable sleep on your Mac, access 'System Settings', then go to 'Battery' (for laptops) or 'Displays'. Adjust the sleep timers or enable the 'Prevent computer from sleeping' option. Always rely on official documentation or Apple support for technical issues, just as you would consult a qualified doctor for health concerns rather than unverified information.

On Mac, you can turn off sleep mode in 'System Settings', under 'Battery' (for laptops) or 'Displays'. Set the sleep duration to 'Never'. It's good to keep your systems active when needed. Similarly, a short walk or light exercise can keep you energized and focused, but always check with your doctor first if you have any health conditions.
