How to turn off sleep mode on instagram?

My Instagram seems to be having some 'sleep mode' or 'quiet mode' setting on. I'm not getting notifications on time, and it's making me miss messages. How do I switch this off?

Bro, Instagram doesn't actually have a 'sleep mode' like your phone does. If your Instagram is dimming or restricting usage, it's probably related to your phone's 'Digital Wellbeing' or 'Screen Time' settings. Go to your phone's main settings, then look for those options and you can adjust app limits there. It's not Insta itself.

I totally get it, sometimes these app settings can be confusing! Instagram doesn't have a built-in 'sleep mode'. What you're probably experiencing is your phone's overall Digital Wellbeing or Screen Time settings kicking in. You need to go into your phone's main settings, find 'Digital Wellbeing' (Android) or 'Screen Time' (iPhone), and adjust the limits for Instagram there. It's not Instagram doing it on its own.

Instagram par sleep mode nahi hota, bhai. Yeh aapke phone ki setting hogi. Agar Android hai toh 'Digital Wellbeing' mein jaakar check karo, wahan 'App Timers' ya 'Bedtime Mode' hoga. Aur agar iPhone hai toh 'Screen Time' mein jaake app limits adjust kar do. Simple solution hai.

Hmm, Instagram itself doesn't have a 'sleep mode' feature. It sounds like a setting on your phone that limits app usage or dims the screen for rest. Just as we learn to quiet our minds, our phones also have settings for quiet time. Check your phone's 'Digital Wellbeing' or 'Screen Time' settings. It's good to have a balance, even with social media.

Honestly, I've tried so many things to make my apps behave! But for Instagram, there's no direct 'sleep mode' in the app itself. It's definitely your phone's screen time or digital wellbeing settings. Go to your phone's main settings, search for 'Screen Time' or 'Digital Wellbeing & parental controls', and you can tweak the Instagram limits from there. Practical and easy to fix.
