How to turn off auto sleep on mac?

My Mac goes into sleep mode too quickly when I'm working, interrupting my flow. I've looked through the settings but can't find an obvious way to stop it. How can I turn off auto sleep on my Mac?

For Mac auto-sleep, it's pretty straightforward. Go to 'System Settings' (or 'System Preferences' on older macOS), then click on 'Displays' (or 'Energy Saver'). You'll find options there to prevent your display from sleeping and your Mac from going to sleep. Just slide the timer or check the relevant box.

I had this issue too! So annoying when my downloads would stop. For Mac, you need to go to 'System Settings' (or 'System Preferences'), then 'Battery' (if it's a laptop) or 'Energy Saver' (for desktops). There you can adjust the display sleep and computer sleep settings. Super easy once you find it!

Oh, I totally get why you'd want to turn that off! It can be so annoying when your Mac keeps sleeping in the middle of something important, especially if you're rendering or downloading. It's frustrating when tech doesn't cooperate, just like when your body doesn't sometimes. Hope you find the solution quickly!

This is a tech question, not health, but I get the need for uninterrupted performance. For a Mac, just head to 'System Settings' > 'Battery' (on laptops) or 'Energy Saver' (on desktops) and adjust the sleep sliders. Keeps your Mac awake and working, just like a good workout keeps you energized!

Our devices, like our minds, need proper settings for optimal function. For your Mac, you will find these options in 'System Settings' under 'Battery' or 'Energy Saver'. Take your time, set it as you wish, and allow your machine to serve you well. Everything in life requires mindful adjustment.

I always worry about changing settings on my Mac, what if I mess something up? Has anyone else felt this way? But for auto sleep, I think it's in System Settings > Energy Saver. Just be careful with what you click, I usually screenshot before I change anything important!
