Kidney stones are no joke, trust me. I had symptoms, ignored them, thinking it was just gas. Ended up in severe pain in the ER. Please see a urologist immediately. Don't make my mistake!

Such pain can be disheartening. Always remember to keep your spirits high and trust in your doctors. Drink plenty of water, it helps cleanse the body. Stay positive and take care of yourself.

Uric acid stones, ah, another guest no one invited to the body party! My doctor told me to cut down on purine-rich foods and drink water like it's going out of style. Sometimes I feel like a walking water bottle, but anything to avoid that pain again, haha!

For uric acid stones, diet is super important. My doctor always emphasizes avoiding high-purine foods like red meat and some seafood. Also, for those with diabetes like me, controlling blood sugar is crucial as it can affect kidney health too. Stay hydrated with plain water, not sugary drinks.

Oh, that sounds really painful! With my PCOS, I'm always extra careful about diet and kidney health. For uric acid stones, I've heard doctors often recommend dietary changes and sometimes medication to lower uric acid. Please don't try any remedies without consulting a urologist first. They'll know best.
