Oh, underactive thyroid can be so tricky! I'm always worried about my hormones. The most important thing is to get a proper diagnosis and medication from an endocrinologist. Don't stress too much, once you're on the right dose, you'll start feeling much better.

Haan ji, thyroid ke liye toh medicine hi लेनी पड़ती है mostly. Meri bhabhi ko bhi hai. Proper dose se body ko adjust hone mein time lagta hai na, par doctor se regularly check karvate raho. Diet bhi thoda dhyan se rakhna padta hai.

I totally get how frustrating and confusing dealing with an underactive thyroid can be, especially with all the symptoms. It's really important to find a good endocrinologist who can guide you on the right medication and lifestyle changes. You're not alone in this.

Honestly, the best solution is to take your prescribed medicine regularly, without fail. Also, try to keep your stress levels low, that really helps. And simple ghar ka khana, balanced meals, that's it. Don't fall for fancy diets, just be consistent.

My doctor explained that for an underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism), the primary treatment is thyroid hormone replacement therapy, usually with Levothyroxine. It's a lifelong medication, and the dosage is adjusted based on TSH levels. Regular blood tests are crucial to monitor it.

Welcome! Thyroid issues are very common these days. The main thing is consistent medication and follow-ups with your doctor. Also, pay attention to how you feel – fatigue, weight changes, hair loss are common symptoms, and medication helps manage them. Don't lose hope!
