How to treat psoriasis on hands?

My hands have been developing these red, scaly patches that are often itchy and bleed if I scratch them too much. My friend, who also has psoriasis, said it looks like it's on my hands. What's the best way to treat psoriasis there?

Psoriasis on the hands, especially palmar-plantar psoriasis, can significantly impact daily activities. Treatment usually involves potent topical corticosteroids, phototherapy, or systemic medications if severe. It's crucial to consult a dermatologist for accurate diagnosis and a tailored treatment plan, as hands are constantly exposed and used.

Psoriasis on hands? Oh, that must be a nightmare for hygiene and cooking! While topical treatments are key, I'd suggest focusing on an anti-inflammatory diet. Load up on healthy fats like ghee and avocado, and colorful veggies. Maybe reduce processed stuff, it helps some people. But definitely, a derm knows best for the actual skin fix.

Psoriasis on the hands sounds incredibly difficult, especially since we use our hands for absolutely everything. I totally get how frustrating and self-conscious that would make you feel. The dryness, the cracks – it must be so painful. Hope you find a really effective treatment that helps you feel comfortable again.

Oh my god, psoriasis on hands must be so visible and uncomfortable. I get anxious just thinking about it. Did anyone else find it got worse with frequent hand washing or sanitizers, especially with the recent pandemic? It must be so hard to manage. Hope you find some relief soon!

Psoriasis on hands must make daily activities, even fitness, quite challenging. First, see a dermatologist for the right creams or medications. After that, focus on hand care – gentle washing, heavy moisturizing, and wearing cotton gloves at night. And for overall health, maintaining a healthy diet and some form of exercise (if comfortable) can always help manage inflammatory conditions.

Psoriasis on hands? Oh, the universe just loves to play pranks, doesn't it? As if life isn't complicated enough! But seriously, don't let it get you down. Get to a derm, they're the real superheroes for skin. And maybe high-five with caution for a bit, haha! You'll get through it!

Haan ji, psoriasis on hands can be a real headache, na? My friend had it and his doctor gave him some strong cream. He also said always wear gloves for housework or when using chemicals. Moisturize like crazy, especially after washing hands. And try to keep stress low, haan.

Psoriasis, like PCOS, is often an inflammatory condition, so managing overall body inflammation through diet and stress reduction can be supportive. However, for hands, which are constantly used, direct medical treatment from a dermatologist is absolutely essential. Don't experiment, as hand skin can be tricky.
