How to treat papular eczema?

Since last few months, I've been getting these small, itchy bumps on my skin, especially on my arms and legs. My local doctor said it looks like papular eczema, but the cream he gave isn't really helping. Is there anything else I can do?

Oh, eczema! Meri toh life ki ek aur kahani hai yeh. Had it on my hands, boss. Doctor ne bola stress kam karo, which is like saying 'breathe less' for a working man. But seriously, moisturize, moisturize, moisturize. Aur haan, no scratching, that's the toughest part.

Eczema is really irritating. Definitely see a dermatologist, they can prescribe the right creams. Also, keep the affected area clean and dry.

I had a similar skin issue once, not sure if it was papular eczema exactly. For me, identifying my triggers helped a lot. It turned out to be certain soaps and detergents. Once I switched to mild, fragrance-free products, it calmed down a bit. But everyone's skin is different.

Eczema can be tricky, because skin conditions are often linked to internal health, like with my PCOS. I'd definitely recommend seeing a skin specialist for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Don't self-medicate, especially with skin issues.

Please don't ignore this. I had a small patch of something, thought it was nothing, and it spread quickly. Ended up needing stronger medication. Better to get it checked by a doctor early on, saves a lot of trouble and discomfort later.

Aiyo, papular eczema sunke hi itna itches hone laga. Ho na, bahut mushkil hota hai. My friend had it, and she said taking lukewarm baths instead of hot showers helped her skin a lot. Aur cotton kapde pehno.
