How to treat neuropathic pain?

My mother has been diagnosed with neuropathic pain due to her diabetes, and she often describes it as burning or shooting pain. It's really affecting her quality of life. What are the common treatment approaches for neuropathic pain?

Bro, neuropathic pain is actually the worst, feels like random electric shocks. Don't ignore it thinking it's just normal tiredness. Definitely ask a doc because regular painkillers like paracetamol don't do anything for this.

I manage high BP and learned that nerve issues can sometimes be linked to poor blood circulation or vitamin deficiencies. Please get your routine blood work done, especially B12 and sugar levels. Regular checkups with your family doctor are very important.

Beta, you can drink warm milk with a pinch of turmeric at night to help soothe your body, but do not ignore neuropathic pain. Nerve matters are complex and require the guidance of a proper medical specialist.

Since we follow a strict vegetarian diet, vitamin B12 deficiency can sometimes trigger or worsen nerve pain. You should get your B12 levels checked and consult your doctor about safe supplements, as food alone might not be enough to fix a severe deficiency.

Haan yaar, ye nerve pain sach mein bahut heavy hota hai, bilkul chain nahi milta na. Aap self-medicate mat karo bilkul bhi. Doctor se milo, woh iski alag se specific dawai dete hain.
