How to treat low grade fever?

I've been feeling a bit off for a week, just a constant low-grade fever that doesn't really go away. It's not bothering me too much but I want to get rid of it. What's the best way to treat a low grade fever?

When you have a low-grade fever, stop your heavy workouts immediately. Give your body a complete break, drink plenty of fluids, and let your immune system do its job.

Hey, don't stress too much! Just take a warm shower, wear comfy clothes, and drink some hot soup. If it stays for more than two days, then we can talk to a doc.

Do not pop paracetamol immediately for a low-grade fever unless prescribed. Let your body fight it naturally, but do monitor it closely using a thermometer.

Make sure you get lots of cozy sleep! Warm tulsi-ginger tea works wonders for me when I feel slightly warm and run down.

Hello, low-grade fevers are often just your body's natural response to mild fatigue or a common cold virus. Take light home-cooked meals, drink coconut water, and rest fully.

I completely understand how unsettling it is to feel warm and not know why. Try to take deep breaths, keep yourself hydrated, and consult a doctor if the fever persists past three days just for peace of mind.
