How to treat genital psoriasis?

I've been diagnosed with genital psoriasis and it's making me really uncomfortable and self-conscious. The doctor gave me creams, but I want to know if there are other ways to manage the flare-ups and itching, maybe some daily habits I can change?

My son had severe skin flares and it is so difficult to deal with, especially in sensitive areas. Please make sure to use only extremely mild, unscented cleansers and wear loose cotton clothing. Most importantly, consult a dermatologist who can prescribe a safe, mild ointment.

Genital psoriasis is so uncomfortable yaar, actually it can get super irritating with tight clothes. Please don't apply random cosmetic moisturizers there. Better to just check with a doc and get a proper mild ointment.

I have been dealing with psoriasis for five years now, and when it affects sensitive zones, it is really tough. I found that strictly avoiding harsh soaps and keeping the area clean and dry helps a bit, but I only use the specific creams my doctor prescribed.

Bro, don't try any random hacks on your private parts, it will just burn like hell. Go to a good skin doctor directly and get a proper prescription. Keep the area dry and wear loose boxers till it clears up.

Hang in there, it is totally manageable with the right care! Just make sure to wear soft, breathable cotton and avoid scratching. Definitely book a quick chat with your dermatologist to get the best gentle cream. 😊
