Whenever my body is under high stress, my blood pressure fluctuates and these painful blisters appear on my lips. Keeping a calm lifestyle and eating simple food helps, but please consult your doctor for a proper antiviral cream.

I agree with using doctor-prescribed creams, and also applying ice wrapped in a clean cloth helps soothe the burning instantly.

Please don't apply random toothpaste, garlic, or home pastes on lip blisters as they can cause severe chemical burns and scarring. These are viral infections and need proper medical treatment from a doctor.

I get these right before my college exams due to stress and they look so bad. I just keep them hydrated with petroleum jelly and avoid touching or popping them, they usually dry up and go away in a week.

Over the years, I have realized these blisters happen when our body heat rises or our immunity is low. Rest well, drink plenty of water, and let your body heal quietly. If it is very painful, a doctor can give you quick relief.
