How to treat face dandruff naturally?

My face sometimes gets these dry, scaly patches, especially around my nose and eyebrows, and it looks like dandruff. I don't want to use harsh chemicals. Are there any natural remedies to treat face dandruff?

I have to be very careful with my skin because of my high blood sugar issues. For face dandruff, I avoid sticky oily home remedies that can block pores. Just washing with clean water and applying a light, unscented moisturiser keeps my skin safe.

Listen, stop applying heavy hair oils on your face thinking it will cure dryness. Face dandruff is usually seborrheic dermatitis and oil makes it worse. Wash your face twice a day with a gentle cleanser and keep it clean, simple.

I just got over this last month, and honestly, aloe vera gel was a lifesaver. I used fresh gel from the plant, left it on for ten minutes, and rinsed it off. It cooled down the itchiness completely and the flaking stopped within a week.

Bro, I had this near my nose and beard area. I just stopped using hard soaps on my face and started using a very basic cetaphil wash. Kept my face dry and clean, and it went away on its own.

Our skin often reflects the heat and stress we carry inside ourselves. Try to drink fresh coconut water and practice deep breathing in the morning. Keep a peaceful mind and let your body heal naturally.

My daughter had dry, flaky patches around her mouth and nose last winter. I started using a very gentle oatmeal paste with water on her face to soothe it, and it worked wonders. Make sure they drink enough water too.

Extremely dry skin and facial flaking can sometimes be linked to underlying issues like thyroid imbalances. I had similar skin issues before my diagnosis. It is always best to get a simple blood test done to be absolutely sure.

It used to ruin my mood completely whenever I had to go to office with flaky skin on my nose. People would point it out and it felt horrible. Please remember your skin doesn't define you, just give it some gentle care.

I noticed my face flares up with dry patches whenever I eat too much deep-fried stuff or sweets over the weekend. Maybe try cutting down on spicy oily parathas for a few days and drink lots of water. Your skin might just clear up naturally!

Haan, face dandruff can be so annoying na! Aap thoda dahi apply karke dekho face pe, it really cools down the skin. Just wash it off after 15 minutes with normal water and don't scrub too hard.

High stress affects everything from your BP to your skin health. I always make sure to keep my lifestyle simple, eat on time, and consult my family doctor before trying any heavy home remedies on my face.

Just try using lukewarm water instead of hot water to wash your face. It keeps the natural moisture intact. Hope it gets better soon.

Including omega-3 rich seeds like flaxseeds and walnuts in your daily vegetarian diet helps build the skin barrier from inside. Avoid direct natural remedies if your skin is super sensitive. Just focus on a clean, nutrient-dense diet first.

I know how stressful it is when your face starts flaking and you keep checking the mirror every ten minutes. It honestly made me so anxious to go out. Just take a deep breath, it is very common and a basic mild skincare routine will fix it.

Instead of spending thousands on expensive chemical face washes and herbal packs, just try basic raw honey as a wash. It is cheap, natural, and has antibacterial properties. Save your money for a doctor's visit only if it doesn't clear up in a week.
