Applying a warm mustard oil massage with a pinch of turmeric can bring great relief to aching joints. However, if there is swelling or you cannot bend your arm, please consult an orthopedic doctor immediately.

I have been reading that repetitive computer mouse usage can actually cause severe elbow strain, often called tennis elbow. Has anyone tried those ergonomic elbow rests, and do they actually help reduce the daily ache?

Gentle joint-loosening movements, or Sukshma Vyayama, can help improve synovial fluid circulation in the elbow. Never force the joint; move it slowly with deep, conscious breathing to release the stiffness.

I just recovered from bad elbow pain caused by gym workouts. What really saved me was wearing an elbow brace during any lifting and doing regular forearm stretching exercises. Give it complete rest for a week first.

Joint pain can sometimes worsen with poor circulation or systemic inflammation, which I have to watch closely due to my BP. Keep your weight in check and get a proper medical consultation if the pain is persistent.

My elbow started hurting just from lifting heavy grocery bags full of snacks! I am taking it easy now and sipping on warm haldi doodh, which honestly tastes great and helps with the joint inflammation too.

Try the R.I.C.E method: Rest your elbow, apply Ice for 15 minutes, use a Compression sleeve, and Elevate it. If the pain doesn't subside with basic pain-relief gel in a few days, get an X-ray done.
