How to treat eczema on cheeks?

Since a few months, I've had these red, itchy patches on my cheeks that look like eczema. It gets worse with stress and dry weather. Is there anything specific I can do to treat it, especially on my face?

I tried putting neem paste and curd on my cheeks when I had eczema, but it only made the redness worse. The only practical thing that worked was using a very basic, soap-free face wash and applying pure virgin coconut oil twice a day.

It must be really uncomfortable to have this on your face. Just try to avoid any makeup or scented face washes for a few days. Hope your skin heals and feels better soon.

I had red, dry patches on my cheeks last winter and it was so frustrating to cover up. I stopped using all active skin serums and switched to a basic ceramide moisturizer. Also, make sure you wash your pillowcases regularly with a mild detergent.

In our home, we apply fresh aloe vera gel from the garden on dry face patches. It cools down the skin very nicely. Just wash your face with plain water, do not use any hard soaps on your cheeks.

I logged my flare-ups on a health tracker and realized that my facial eczema triggers whenever humidity levels drop. Using a small room humidifier and keeping my daily water intake above 3 liters really helped my skin stay hydrated.

If you have a busy work schedule, don't waste time experimenting with home remedies that might fail. Just book a quick online consultation with a dermatologist. They will give you a targeted cream that will clear up your cheeks in a few days.
