Oh, foot pain can be really bothersome. Maybe try resting your feet more and soaking them in warm water? Sometimes a gentle massage helps too. Hope you feel better soon.

Bottom foot pain, yaar, that's rough. Are your shoes good quality? Sometimes bad footwear is the main culprit. Also, stretches for your calves and feet before and after any activity can make a huge difference. Don't push it too much if it hurts.

Oh god, I get this too sometimes, like a dull ache or sharp pain, especially after standing for long. Does anyone else feel like it's worse in the morning? I always worry it's something serious. What do you guys do if it's really bad?

Namaste. Foot pain often comes from tightness in the lower body. Gentle stretches for the ankles and toes, and even some simple yoga poses like Tadasana (Mountain Pose) done correctly can help strengthen the foot muscles and improve circulation. Listen to your body always.

Honestly, foot pain can be from so many reasons – plantar fasciitis, nerve issues, even just old shoes. Instead of guessing, I'd suggest seeing an orthopaedic doctor. They can properly diagnose and recommend treatment. Don't delay it, please.
