How to treat bone pain?

My knees and hips have started aching quite a bit, especially after walking for some time. My doctor said it's age-related bone pain. What are the options to treat bone pain and get some relief?

Bone pain can be really tough, I know! Mere saath bhi hua tha. I tried warm compresses, gentle stretches, and massaging with sesame oil, which helped a bit for temporary relief. But honestly, for proper treatment, you should really find out *why* it's happening. A doctor can guide you best.

Please don't take bone pain lightly. I ignored mine for too long thinking it was just old age and it led to more serious issues. It's so important to get it checked by a doctor right away to prevent any complications. Self-medication can be risky.

As a vegetarian, I always make sure my diet has enough calcium and Vitamin D, which are super important for bone health. Things like fortified milk, leafy greens, and paneer are good. But for existing pain, a doctor might suggest supplements or other treatments after proper diagnosis. Don't just rely on diet alone.

There could be many reasons for bone pain, from deficiencies to inflammation or injuries. While gentle exercises and good nutrition are generally helpful, for specific treatment, a medical professional is the best person to consult. They'll probably recommend some tests first to pinpoint the exact issue.

I hope you feel better soon. Bone pain can be quite uncomfortable. Please do consult a doctor for this; they will be able to help you understand the cause and suggest the best way forward.

Namaskaram! My mother used to say to drink warm milk with a pinch of turmeric for bone health, which is good for general well-being. But if you have proper pain, it's always best to let a good doctor check it. They know what to do, don't worry too much but do go to the clinic.

Believe me, you do not want to ignore bone pain. I made that mistake once, thinking it would just go away, and it just got worse. Ended up needing longer treatment. So please, book an appointment with an orthopedist and get it properly diagnosed. Don't delay.

Bone pain, yaar, that's not good. Actually, it could be anything from Vitamin D deficiency to something more. Mera friend ko bhi hua tha, turns out it was just lack of sun. But don't guess na, just go to a doc. They'll tell u what's up after a few tests.
