How to treat back pain pulled muscle?

I think I pulled a muscle in my back while lifting something heavy, and it's quite painful. It feels like a persistent, localized ache. What's the best way to treat back pain from a pulled muscle?

Pulled muscle in the back can be quite tricky and painful. Honestly, it's best to see a doctor or a physiotherapist first. They can properly diagnose it and suggest the right treatment, which might include rest, hot/cold packs, or specific exercises. Self-treating might make it worse sometimes.

Oh dear, back pain is no joke. Mere saath bhi hua tha ek baar. What really helped me was applying a hot water bag to the area, thoda rest kiya aur then gently stretching after a day or two. But if the pain is too much or not going away, pls do check with a local doctor, don't ignore it.

Once your doc says it's okay and the acute pain has subsided, gentle movement can actually help. I found that light walking and some very mild stretches, under guidance, prevented stiffness and helped recovery. Just make sure you aren't pushing it, suno apne body ko!

Ugh, back pain, the bane of my existence after a long day at work or, let's be honest, just sleeping in a weird position. For a pulled muscle, I usually just pop a painkiller (doctor recommended for me!) and try to sleep it off. But if it's really bad, then doc ke paas jaana hi padta hai. Mere body pe to hamesha kuch na kuch laga rehta hai.

Dude, back pain sucks! Once I lifted something heavy like an idiot and my back was killing me. I just used a pain relief spray and tried not to move too much for a day. It got better, but if yours is proper pulled muscle, maybe get it checked? Don't wanna mess up your back permanently.
