Look, if you have wrist arthritis, stop typing on your phone continuously and give your hand some rest. Get a basic wrist splint from any chemist to keep the joint stable, especially at night. And don't avoid the doctor; getting it checked properly is important.

I panicked so much when my wrist started clicking and hurting, thinking I couldn't work anymore. But with a good ergonomic mouse, some easy physical therapy exercises, and taking regular breaks, it became completely normal. Don't worry, you can manage this easily.

Managing diabetes means I must be cautious with high inflammation levels. I make sure to avoid sweet treats and processed food to help control my wrist arthritis flares. I also do gentle hand-opening movements daily as recommended by my doctor.

I always worry that joint pain might be rheumatoid arthritis, which can affect both hands. Please don't stress, but it's a good idea to consult a specialist early just to get tested and be absolutely sure. Sending you lots of positive vibes!

I agree with resting the joint. Wearing a comfortable, supportive wrist brace during heavy office work helped me reduce my wrist strain significantly.
