I kept ignoring my shoulder stiffness thinking it was just a gym strain, and now I have limited movement in my right arm. Please go to a physiotherapist or doctor early. Getting the right joint mobilization exercises early on is crucial to prevent frozen shoulder.

Don't waste time rubbing random home remedy oils on your shoulder thinking it will cure arthritis. A shoulder joint is highly complex and needs proper medical evaluation. Get a proper clinical diagnosis and follow what the doctor prescribes.

If the doctor recommends a shoulder MRI, try checking at government-empaneled labs or larger diagnostic chains that offer package discounts, as prices vary heavily. Also, ask your therapist for home-based exercises using simple resistance bands, which are very cheap to buy online.

For my shoulder pain, my daughter brought me a nice heating pad from the city, and using it for 15 minutes morning and evening gives me great comfort. Just avoid lifting heavy buckets or bags with that hand, let the shoulder rest. God bless you.

In our household, we gently massage stiff joints with lukewarm mustard oil infused with a bit of garlic. This helps improve blood circulation in the shoulder, but please do it very gently. If the pain is too severe, please do not strain it and consult a doctor.

Shoulder joint health is all about rotatory cuff stability. I deal with mild wear by doing very light external and internal rotation exercises with a light resistance band. Also, incorporating anti-inflammatory foods like turmeric and ginger in your daily diet helps with recovery.

I was just reading about shoulder arthritis because my mom has been complaining of pain while combing her hair. It seems sleeping on the side of the painful shoulder makes it much worse, so trying to sleep on your back might help reduce the morning ache. Hope this helps!
