How to treat anus piles?

Been suffering from this for a few months now, it's very embarrassing and painful. I think they are piles. What's the best way to treat anus piles, I'm looking for some relief.

Don't suffer in silence because of embarrassment. Go see a general surgeon immediately, get a proper stool softener prescribed, and start taking warm sitz baths twice a day for quick relief.

Sitting at an office desk for 9 hours straight makes piles much worse. Use a soft cushion, take a five-minute standing break every hour, and drink at least 3 liters of water daily to avoid constipation.

In my experience, using a warm sitz bath (sitting in a tub of warm water) for 15 minutes really helped reduce the swelling and pain during bowel movements.

Bro, don't stress too much about it, half the people go through this due to our oily lifestyle. Just increase your fiber intake with fruits and salad, and avoid spicy foods entirely for a few weeks.

Don't worry, this is highly treatable and very common. Start drinking Isabgol (psyllium husk) with warm milk at night to keep your stool soft, and make sure you consult a doctor if there is active bleeding.

I have been experiencing a lot of pain and minor bleeding during toilet visits recently. Do I need to get a medical scan done, or will simple diet changes fix this?
