How to treat a cancer sore?

I have this really annoying canker sore inside my mouth, and it's making eating and talking quite painful. What are some effective home remedies or over-the-counter treatments to get rid of it quickly?

True, these sores are so painful. Washing your mouth with warm salt water three times a day really helps heal them faster.

Just go to a chemist and ask for a soothing gel like Oraura or any standard mouth ulcer gel. Apply it ten minutes before eating so you can actually swallow your food without crying.

Please do not apply random home remedies like chuna or spices to it, as that will only burn your delicate skin. If it does not go away in 10-12 days, go to a proper doctor and get it checked.

Keep your diet very clean and avoid spicy, oily food completely until it heals. I find that maintaining a light evening walk routine helps keep digestion smooth, which directly prevents these stomach-heat ulcers.

These sores often pop up when our body is carrying too much stress and heat. Keep your mind calm, drink plenty of water, and allow your body the peace it needs to heal itself.

Stress and erratic sleep can trigger these ulcers, just like they mess with our blood pressure. Keep track of your lifestyle and consult your physician if you are getting them very frequently.

Beta, apply a little bit of pure ghee or fresh coconut oil on the sore before sleeping. It cools down the mouth and reduces the painful burning sensation gently.

I know exactly how frustrating this is, you can't talk or eat properly and it just ruins your whole mood. Hang in there, the first three days are the worst but it starts fading quickly after that.
