How to track sleep with pokemon go plus?

My friends and I are really into Pokemon Go and some of them mentioned using the Go Plus for sleep tracking. How exactly do you track sleep with a Pokemon Go Plus? Is it any good?

To track your sleep with the device, you just need to press and hold the main button until it glows blue. Aside from sleep, make sure you maintain a light, vegetarian dinner to help your body rest well.

Remember that a gaming accessory like Pokemon Go Plus is just for fun and basic tracking. Do not rely on it as a medical device; if you are facing actual sleep disorders, see a doctor.

Make sure the device is placed flat on your mattress near your pillow, not under it, or the tracking won't be accurate. It syncs with the Pokemon Sleep app on your phone once you wake up.

I am so sleep-deprived that my Pokemon Go Plus probably gets confused by my weird sleeping hours! But yes, you just place it next to your pillow and press the button to start tracking.

I initially panicked when my sleep data didn't sync properly on the first day. Don't worry, just make sure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on and reconnect the device in the app settings.
