How to test pre diabetes?

My annual health check-up showed my sugar levels are a bit high, and the doctor said I might be pre-diabetic. What are the specific tests to confirm pre-diabetes, so I can start managing it now?

You can detect prediabetes through a simple HbA1c blood test. If your score is between 5.7 and 6.4%, it indicates prediabetes. Combining doctor's advice with daily walking and mindful breathing can bring your levels back to normal naturally.

I track my health metrics on my phone, and getting a fasting blood sugar test is the easiest way to check for prediabetes. A fasting glucose reading between 100 and 125 mg/dL means prediabetes. You can easily log these numbers in a health app to monitor your progress over time.

For prediabetes, an HbA1c test is very accurate. If you are diagnosed in this range, reducing refined flour and sugar while adding more high-fiber foods to your vegetarian meals is extremely beneficial. Make sure to consult a dietitian for a proper meal plan.

Aap kisi bhi badhiya lab me jaakar apna khali pet ka khoon jaanch karwa lijiye. Agar sugar thodi badhi aati hai toh use hi prediabetes kehte hain. Pareshan mat hoiye, thoda khan-pan sudharne se sab theek ho jata hai.

Honestly, I was so tired I thought I had prediabetes, but my doctor just said I need sleep and a blood test. Just get an HbA1c test done at a clinic to be sure. It is better than staying up late Googling your symptoms!
