How to test liver health?

I want to be more proactive about my health, especially since I enjoy a social drink sometimes. What are the main ways to test and monitor liver health?

I recently had fatty liver issues and recovered after getting a Liver Function Test (LFT) and an abdominal ultrasound. These tests gave my doctor a clear picture to plan my diet and treatment. Definitely get a proper lab test done.

I was also feeling very sluggish recently and got a basic LFT blood test done. It is so simple and helps you understand what's happening inside. Just book a quick blood test and talk to a physician once you get the report.

Monitoring liver health is very important, especially if you are managing high blood sugar or taking regular medicines. A standard LFT blood test is the best way to monitor your liver enzymes. Keep your sugar controlled and discuss your reports with your doctor.

Since I have high blood pressure, I make sure to do annual health checkups that include both kidney and liver function tests. Lifestyle changes like reducing salt and fried foods help, but regular blood tests are the only sure way to check liver health.

Keep a peaceful mind and take care of your body, as it is our true home. For checking your liver health, a simple blood test at a registered clinic is highly recommended. Let the doctors guide you gently.

Bro, just go for a Liver Function Test (LFT) at any local lab. I had to get it done after a stomach infection, and it's just a normal blood test. Very quick and gives you all details about your bilirubin and enzymes.
