How to test for bladder cancer female?

I've had recurrent UTIs and some discomfort in my lower abdomen. My friend mentioned that women can also get bladder cancer. What tests are specific for bladder cancer in females?

Oh dear, bladder cancer sounds serious! I hope everything is okay. Honestly, I'm just here for the food discussions, but for something like this, a proper doctor visit is a must. Don't even try to guess based on symptoms you read online, pls go see a doc soon.

My uncle had some urinary issues last year, and his doctor explained a few things. For bladder cancer, they usually start with a urine test (urinalysis) to check for blood or abnormal cells. Sometimes they do a cystoscopy, where a thin tube with a camera goes in to look at the bladder directly. Imaging tests like CT scans or ultrasounds can also be used. It's best to consult a urologist; they'll guide you on the right tests.

Namaste. I always believe in listening to our body and seeking professional help when something feels off. While yoga and a healthy lifestyle support overall well-being, for a specific concern like this, please consult a medical doctor. They can perform the necessary diagnostic tests to give you clarity and peace of mind.

For something like bladder cancer, don't waste any time. You need to see a good urologist right away. They'll probably do a urine test first to check for blood, and if needed, they might do a scope or some scans. My cousin went through something similar, and early detection made a huge difference. Please go see a doctor soon.

Bladder cancer? That sounds really scary. Are you having some symptoms that are making you worry? I get anxious sometimes about small things and then go down the rabbit hole of searching online. But for something this big, you definitely need to talk to a doctor and get it checked properly. Don't delay it please.
