How to tell panic attack from heart attack?

Sometimes I get this sudden chest tightness, my heart races, and I feel breathless, especially when I'm stressed. My friend said it could be a panic attack, but I'm always worried it might be something serious like a heart attack. How can I differentiate between the two?

Bhai, if your chest pain is very bad and goes to your arm or jaw, and you feel very breathless, it could be serious like heart attack. Panic attack is also scary, but usually, the chest pain is more like tightness and it passes. But for safety, always, always go to the doctor if you feel chest pain. Don't take chances.

This is such a scary question, I've researched this too! From what I found, panic attacks often have a very sudden onset and intense fear, while heart attacks might have pain that spreads to other parts like the arm or jaw. Also, heart attacks can happen when you're resting. It's confusing, right?

From a health perspective, any chest pain needs to be taken seriously. Heart attack symptoms include crushing chest pain, often radiating to the arm, neck, or jaw, along with cold sweats, nausea. Panic attacks also cause chest tightness and shortness of breath, but usually, the pain is not radiating. Always seek immediate medical attention for chest pain, no matter what. Healthy lifestyle reduces heart attack risk, of course.

This is a critical distinction that only medical professionals can truly make. If you or someone you know is experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, sweating, or pain radiating to the arm, neck, or jaw, *do not hesitate*. Call emergency services immediately. It's always safer to assume the worst and get it checked rather than risk a serious cardiac event.

Oh wow, this is a tough one! 🤔 If you're ever feeling super intense chest pain, breathlessness, or dizziness, especially if it spreads to your arm or jaw, better to call an ambulance or get to a hospital ASAP. It's always better to be safe than sorry, you know? Your heart is super important! ❤️

Any chest pain needs immediate medical attention. It's hard to differentiate without a doctor.

Hello! Many people get confused, and it's understandable. Panic attacks bring intense fear, hyperventilation, and often a sharp chest pain that comes and goes. Heart attacks usually have a crushing, heavy chest pain that can spread, along with nausea and cold sweats. The most practical advice is, if you ever suspect a heart attack, get to the ER immediately. Don't try to guess at home.

Oh, this is scary! 😱 I mean, I get stressed about ordering the wrong food, but this is next level! For real though, if it's super intense chest pain, especially if it feels like someone's sitting on your chest or if it spreads, just drop everything and see a doctor. Like, even faster than you'd order your favorite biryani! Don't mess with your heart, yaar.

Listen, this is one of those things where you should never take a chance. If you feel severe chest pain, breathlessness, or a heavy pressure in your chest that feels like it's spreading to your arm or jaw, rush to the hospital immediately. Don't think twice. It's better to be wrong and get checked than to ignore something serious. Take care of yourself.
