How to tell if your liver is detoxing?

I've started this new diet and some 'detox' drinks my friend suggested. I'm feeling a bit tired and getting some headaches. Is this normal? How do I know if my liver is actually doing something or if I'm just feeling unwell?

Our bodies are truly wise and always working to heal. While your liver is constantly detoxing, sometimes when you make positive lifestyle changes, you might feel a shift. It's more about feeling better overall, having more energy, and clearer skin. Keep a positive mind and care for your body gently.

Yaar, 'detoxing' liver is not really something you 'feel' happening, actually. Your liver is always working. If you're talking about feeling good after a clean diet, then it's more like your body reacting positively to less junk. Don't expect some dramatic 'detox' feeling, that's a bit of a myth.

While there isn't a specific 'detoxing' feeling you can track with an app, a healthy liver contributes to overall wellness. You might notice increased energy, better digestion, clearer skin, and improved mood. These are more indicators of a balanced lifestyle supporting liver health, rather than actively sensing a 'detox'.

Your liver is always detoxing, it's its job! When people talk about 'liver detox,' they usually mean improving liver function by eating clean, less processed food, and cutting down on alcohol. You won't feel it 'detoxing,' but you'll notice better energy, less sluggishness, and maybe better digestion from a healthy lifestyle.

I totally get why you'd ask this, it sounds like something we should be able to feel! But actually, your liver is a silent worker, constantly cleaning. When you're eating well and healthy, you might feel more energetic, less bloated, and generally well, which means your liver is likely happy and doing its job efficiently. It's less of a 'feeling' and more of an overall wellness.

Sunno, liver naturally detox karta hai, yeh uska kaam hai. Tumhein koi special 'detox feeling' nahi aayegi. Agar tum healthy kha rahe ho, alcohol kam kar rahe ho, toh tum achha feel karoge overall. Bas itna hi hai, koi magic nahi.

The concept of 'liver detoxing' as a distinct feeling isn't really a medical term. Your liver is continuously filtering toxins. If you're making lifestyle changes, you might feel generally better. If you have concerns about your liver's health, ask your doctor for specific blood tests like LFT (Liver Function Test) to get clear medical information.

With PCOS, I'm always cautious about health trends. While your liver is essential for processing toxins, you won't necessarily 'feel' it detoxing. Instead, focus on a balanced diet and hydration which supports its function. If you feel unwell, it's always best to consult a doctor rather than assume it's 'detox symptoms'.

Actually, liver toh always apna kaam karta rehta hai, ho na? Hum jo khaate peete hain usko process karta hai. Toh 'detoxing' feel karna as such koi particular symptom nahi hai. Agar healthy khaoge toh body achha feel karegi, haan na.

Yeah, I've heard this 'liver detox' thing a lot too. Is it like when you feel a bit tired and headachy when you start eating really clean? Or is that just, like, your body adjusting? I always thought you'd feel something specific.
