Kidney damage can be insidious, meaning it progresses without obvious symptoms initially. However, some signs to watch out for include swelling in your feet, ankles, or face, frequent urination (especially at night), foamy or bloody urine, persistent fatigue, and loss of appetite. If you notice a combination of these, a check-up is essential.

Yaar, kidney issues are serious, actually. You might feel super tired all the time, or your ankles and face can get swollen. Sometimes, your pee might look foamy. Best to get blood and urine tests done, doc hi bata payega sahi se.

My doctor explained that chronic kidney disease often has no symptoms in the early stages. But as it progresses, you might notice swelling in your legs and feet, shortness of breath, nausea, muscle cramps, and difficulty concentrating. Simple blood tests (creatinine, GFR) and urine tests are key for diagnosis.

I ignored persistent fatigue and some mild swelling for too long, thinking it was just stress. Turned out my kidneys were struggling. Don't make my mistake. If you have any unexplained swelling, changes in urination, or constant tiredness, please get a thorough check-up. Early detection is crucial.

Yo, kidney damage sounds scary. But basically, if you're super tired all the time, your feet get swollen, or your pee looks weird, you should probably get it checked. Don't google too much, just go to a doc!

Aiyo, kidney damaged hai toh symptoms easily nahi dikhte hain, ho na? Lekin agar paanv mein swelling ho rahi hai, ya baar baar washroom jaana pad raha hai, toh doctor ko dikhana chahiye. Blood test se pata chal jaata hai, haan na.

I once freaked out because my feet were swollen after a long flight, thinking it was my kidneys! While swelling can be a sign, it's usually accompanied by other things like feeling very tired, nausea, or changes in how often you pee. If you're really worried, a simple blood test can put your mind at ease.
