How to tell if you've had a silent heart attack?

My uncle told me he had a 'silent heart attack' and I'm not sure what that means. How can someone know if they've had a heart attack without experiencing the usual severe symptoms?

Hmm, 'silent' heart attack sounds like a sneaky paneer dish that looks healthy but is full of butter! Jokes aside, they say you might feel super tired, have discomfort in your jaw/back, or indigestion. So if you're feeling unusually off, maybe skip that extra helping of biryani and get checked.

It's tricky because there are no obvious chest pains. You might feel persistent fatigue, shortness of breath after minimal exertion, or discomfort that feels like heartburn. If you have concerns, seeing a doctor is the best step for clarity.

It's definitely unsettling to think about something 'silent,' right? But usually, people notice something subtle later, like unusual fatigue that doesn't go away, or a sudden shortness of breath. If you're feeling significantly different than usual, it's always better to get it checked by a doc, just to be safe.

Ugh, silent heart attack? Sounds like a ninja attack on your heart! LOL. But for real, don't stress too much, but also don't ignore lingering weird feelings. If you're always tired, or feel weird tightness in your chest/jaw that doesn't go away, just get it checked out by a doc. Better safe than sorry, ya know?

For a silent heart attack, symptoms are less obvious. You might feel just very tired, or have mild discomfort in your chest, back, or jaw that you dismiss as something else. If you've been feeling unusually low on stamina during your regular walks or workouts, it's wise to consult a cardiologist.

A 'silent' heart attack is tricky because the symptoms are mild or go unnoticed. You might later find out through an ECG or other tests. However, some people might recall unusual fatigue, shortness of breath, mild chest discomfort, or flu-like symptoms. If you have risk factors and feel consistently unwell, a check-up is advisable.
