How to tell if you have arthritis in your shoulder?

My shoulder has been bothering me for a while now, sometimes there's a dull ache and it feels hard to lift my arm completely. Could this be a sign of arthritis? My friend said his started this way.

Shoulder pain is so bothersome, I know! I kept thinking it was just a muscle strain. But if you have constant deep aching pain in your shoulder, especially when you move it or lift your arm, and it feels stiff, it might be arthritis. Hot packs helped me initially, but please see a doctor for a proper diagnosis.

When you have shoulder pain that feels like a deep ache, or you can't lift your arm properly, go to a good hospital. Clearly explain to the doctor when the pain started, what makes it worse, and if it feels stiff. Don't hesitate to ask about all treatment options.

When your shoulder pains deep, restricting your movements, it's a sign from your body to pay attention. Seek medical help without fear, and remember to keep your mind calm. Positive thoughts can also aid in your journey to well-being.

My shoulder hurts so much sometimes I can't even sleep properly, forget about lifting anything! If you feel a constant deep pain, stiffness in the morning that takes ages to loosen up, and maybe some clicking, then bhai, go get it checked. Don't be like me, thinking it's just 'sleep posture'.

Oh, I totally get how worrying shoulder pain can be! If it's a persistent deep ache, especially when you try to reach overhead or sleep on that side, and your shoulder feels stiff or makes grinding sounds, it could be arthritis. It's best to have a doctor check it out.

I made the mistake of ignoring my shoulder stiffness for too long, thinking it was just age. Now it's much harder to manage. If you have constant shoulder pain, stiffness that limits movement, or a grinding sensation, please get it checked by a doctor immediately. Don't regret waiting like I did.

Shoulder arthritis can seriously affect your gym routine or even daily movements. Look for persistent deep pain, limited range of motion, and stiffness, especially when waking up. Once diagnosed, light exercises or physiotherapy can help, but get a doctor's green light first.

Is your shoulder protesting every time you try to reach for the top shelf? If it's a deep, nagging pain, feels stiff like a rusted hinge, and maybe even makes grumpy noises, then your shoulder might be staging an arthritis protest. Time to send it to the doctor for a peace treaty!

Beti, if your shoulder is hurting deep inside, and you can't lift your hand properly to do your work, or it makes a 'kat-kat' sound, then it might be arthritis. It often gets worse in cold weather too. Please show it to a doctor in the big city.

Just like with PCOS, where symptoms can vary, shoulder pain can be tricky. But if you have consistent deep pain, stiffness that doesn't go away, or a limited range of motion, it could be arthritis. Don't self-diagnose based on common symptoms; it's always best to get a doctor's opinion to be sure and get the right advice.
