How to tell if you are passing kidney stones?

My doctor said I might have a small kidney stone that could pass on its own, but I'm quite anxious about the process. What are the signs or sensations I should look out for to tell if I am actually passing kidney stones?

Hey, don't stress too much, you can get through this. When the stone is passing down, you might feel a sudden, sharp pinching pain that comes and goes, and maybe some burning when you pee. Just make sure you are drinking lots of water and have your doctor on speed dial.

During this difficult time, try to keep your mind calm. You will know a stone is moving when you feel a sharp, shifting pain in your lower stomach or groin, often with a frequent urge to urinate. Drink warm water, stay positive, and let your doctor guide you.

As someone managing high blood pressure, I always watch my lifestyle and fluid intake to avoid kidney issues. If you feel sharp pelvic pain or see any blood in your urine, it means the stone is passing and irritating the tract. Please get a clinical checkup to avoid any complications.

You will feel a sharp pain moving down toward your groin and a burning sensation while urinating. It can be very uncomfortable, so please consult a doctor for pain relief.

Actually, the pain shifts from your back to your lower groin area, yaar. That change in location means the stone is moving down the tube. Keep a strainer handy when you pee to see if it finally drops out.
