How to tell if u have testicular cancer?

I noticed a small lump in one of my testicles while showering, and it's making me quite nervous. I know it's a sensitive topic, but I need to know. What are the signs to tell if I might have testicular cancer?

My father always said that we should pay attention to any sudden heaviness in the lower body. If you feel a painless lump or swelling in the testicles, please do not feel shy. Go to a urologist immediately; early detection makes all the difference.

Keep your mind strong and do not let fear take over. If you feel any hard lump or unusual change, treat it as a sign from the body to seek professional care. Consult a specialist doctor with a peaceful heart, they will guide you safely.

Agree with others, a painless lump or swelling is the main sign. Please consult a urologist for an ultrasound scan right away.

I was checking up on this after a heavy gym session because I felt a dull ache down there. Usually, a hard lump or swelling that doesn't hurt is what you need to watch out for. Skip the heavy meals and stress, just book a quick doctor's appointment.

Don't start writing your will just because you felt a minor pinch! Most of the time it is just a muscle pull or a harmless cyst. But seriously, do a quick self-exam in the shower, and if you feel a hard pebble, let a doctor take a look.

From what I have seen, a regular self-examination after a warm bath is the best way to notice any hard lumps, swelling, or changes in size. If you feel a dull ache in the lower abdomen or scrotum, don't wait. A simple scrotal ultrasound will clear all doubts.
