How to tell if skin cancer has spread?

I had a mole removed last year that the doctor was concerned about, and I get regular check-ups. How would I know if skin cancer, if I had it, has actually spread to other parts of the body? What signs should I be vigilant about?

For serious conditions like cancer, the wisdom of medical science is essential. While skin cancer might show changes like new moles or existing ones changing, if it has spread, you might notice new lumps or swelling under the skin, enlarged lymph nodes, or unexplained weight loss and fatigue. Your doctor will advise on scans and tests. Embrace healthy living, but always trust the medical experts for such matters.

Please, if you have this concern, do not delay. I know people who ignored changes and it became complicated. If skin cancer has spread, you might notice new lumps or swelling, especially near lymph nodes (armpit, groin, neck), persistent fatigue, unexplained weight loss, or pain in areas distant from the original spot. Get to an oncologist immediately. Early detection is everything.

This is a very serious query, dear. Skin cancer spreading is something only medical professionals can truly diagnose with scans and biopsies. However, you might notice new lumps or bumps under the skin, especially in areas like your armpits, groin, or neck (where lymph nodes are). Unexplained weight loss, persistent fatigue, or pain in bones could also be signs. Please, see a specialist right away.

Look, you can't really tell this yourself. If a mole changes color or size, that's for the skin cancer itself. If it has spread, you might find new lumps under your skin, or feel tired all the time without reason, or even lose weight. These are not small things. The practical solution is to go to the best doctor you can find and get proper tests done, like scans. Don't take chances.

While diet is important for overall health and immunity, for something as serious as cancer spread, you absolutely must consult an oncologist. Signs could include new lumps, swollen lymph nodes, persistent tiredness, or sudden weight loss. These are not minor things. Focus on medical advice first, and then support your body with a healthy, balanced diet.

This is a serious medical issue, and self-diagnosis is definitely not the way. If skin cancer has spread, you might notice new lumps or swelling near your original lesion or in your lymph nodes. Unexplained fatigue or weight loss can also be signs. Please, please get it checked by a specialist like an oncologist. It's crucial to be cautious and seek expert advice.
