How to tell if i have thyroid issues?

I've been feeling so tired lately, gaining weight even though I eat less, and my hair is falling out more than usual. My mother has thyroid issues, so I'm wondering if I might have them too. What are the main signs to look out for?

Our body sometimes gives us signals. If you're feeling unusually tired, gaining or losing weight without reason, or having mood swings, it could be a sign. Stay positive, listen to your body, and do get a checkup. Take care of your inner self and your physical self.

Oh god, I'm always thinking about this! Are you feeling super tired all the time? Gaining weight easily or losing it too fast? Or maybe feeling cold constantly? These are all things I worry about. You should definitely get a blood test, it's the only way to really know.

I had symptoms like constant fatigue, unexplained weight gain, and really dry skin. My doctor suggested a simple blood test for TSH, T3, and T4. That's how I found out I had an underactive thyroid. Don't self-diagnose, get the blood test done, it's very easy.

Tbh, I hear so many people talking about thyroid these days. My friends who have it complain about fatigue, hair fall, and mood swings. Like, you just feel 'off' always. If you're having any of these, maybe just get a quick blood test done? It's pretty common.

I used to panic every time I felt tired or gained a kilo, thinking it was thyroid. But my doctor said many common symptoms like fatigue or weight changes can be due to other things too. The best way to know is a simple blood test. Don't worry, but do get it checked to be sure.
