How to tell if chest pain is heart related?

Sometimes I get a sharp pain in my chest, and it makes me quite anxious, especially since my uncle had heart issues. How can I tell if this chest pain is serious and heart-related, or if it's something less alarming?

Let's be absolutely clear: if you are feeling a heavy, crushing chest pain that spreads to your left arm, jaw, or back, it is a medical emergency. Do not waste time reading articles or waiting for it to pass. Call an ambulance or get to the nearest hospital emergency room immediately.

Actually, acidity pain can feel very sharp, but heart-related chest pain feels like a heavy weight is sitting on your chest, yaar. If you also have sudden sweating, dizziness, or shortness of breath, please don't take any chances. Get to a hospital immediately.

My cardiologist explained that cardiac chest pain, or angina, typically feels like squeezing or pressure in the center of the chest, often triggered by exertion and accompanied by breathlessness. If the pain is sharp and changes with deep breathing, it might be muscular or lung-related, but any unexplained chest pain requires an immediate ECG to rule out a heart attack.

While maintaining a calm and positive mind is helpful during any health scare, physical warning signs from the heart must be addressed immediately. Please do not ignore severe chest tightness. Go to a hospital and let the doctors take care of you.
