Haan na, this sleep mode can be so annoying when you want to see your screen clearly. Just swipe down from the top right corner of your screen to open the Control Center. Tap on the 'Focus' button (it usually has a moon or bed icon) and just turn it off from there, simple process!
I usually ask my grandson to handle these phone settings for me. But speaking of sleep, if your phone's sleep mode is on because you are struggling to sleep naturally, try drinking some warm turmeric milk before bed instead of staring at screens. Of course, if you have chronic insomnia, please consult a doctor.
Arre, look at your lock screen, there will be a small bed icon at the bottom. Just press and hold that icon, and it will give you the option to turn off the sleep focus immediately. No need to go deep into the settings every time.
My phone settings got so messed up once that I missed important emergency medical calls because of this sleep mode. If you are setting up your sleep schedule, make sure to allow calls from 'favorites' or emergency contacts. Also, if sleep issues are causing you severe stress, please visit a physician.
My phone goes into sleep mode at 10 PM but my actual sleep doesn't come until 2 AM, what a irony! Anyway, just long-press that bed icon on your lock screen to turn it off so you can at least use your phone while lying awake.
It's super simple. Just swipe down to get your Control Center, tap 'Sleep' or 'Focus' and toggle it off. If it keeps turning on automatically, you just need to disable the schedule in your Health app under the Sleep tab.
I got so worried when my phone screen went dark and I thought the display was broken, but it was just sleep mode! To turn it off, just press the lock screen sleep icon or go to settings. I hope this helps you and saves you from unnecessary stress!

I totally get it, sometimes you just want your phone to behave normally without these automatic modes turning on. You can go to your Settings app, tap on 'Focus', then 'Sleep', and delete or turn off the automatic schedule so it doesn't activate by itself every night.
I remember feeling so isolated and frustrated when my phone went silent because of this mode during a tough night. If you want to disable it, just go to your Health App, tap 'Sleep', then 'Full Schedule & Options' and switch off the schedule. It's okay to want to stay connected.
You can easily turn it off by swiping down the Control Center from the top right of your screen and tapping on the Focus button. Hope this helps you get your screen back to normal.
