How to switch off sleep mode?

I have been having trouble waking up on time lately, and I think it might be because my body is stuck in a really deep sleep mode. How do I 'switch off' this kind of sleep mode to feel more refreshed in the mornings? Any tips?

If you are talking about your phone or laptop, just go to the settings menu under 'Display' or 'Battery' and change the auto-sleep time to 'Never'. It is a very simple setting adjustment that keeps your screen on.

If you mean switching your brain out of 'sleep mode' or grogginess in the morning, my physician explained that exposure to natural sunlight within 15 minutes of waking up is key. It stops melatonin production and signals your brain to wake up naturally.

For quick morning alertness, skip the heavy caffeine crash and try starting your day with light deep-breathing exercises. Keeping a consistent wake-up time is the best clinical way to reset your internal circadian clock.

I feel so sluggish and half-asleep for hours after waking up, almost like my brain refuses to turn on. Does anyone else struggle with this intense morning brain fog and take forever to feel fully alert?

Hey, don't force your body too hard if you are feeling exhausted. Just wash your face with cold water, stretch a bit, and drink a tall glass of room-temperature water to wake up your system gently.
