When my baby hit the 4-month mark, she suddenly started waking up every 45 minutes, which was brutal. I survived only by taking turns with my husband for night duties and co-sleeping safely. It passed on its own in about three weeks, so just hang in there.

Haan na, this phase is so exhausting, ho na. The baby's sleep cycle is actually changing, so they get easily disturbed. Just try to keep the room completely dark and use light white noise to help them settle back to sleep.

Welcome to the zombie club! The only way to survive is to accept that coffee is your new best friend and sleep schedules are a myth. Just remember, your baby isn't doing this to torture you, they are just busy upgrading their brain's software.

Actually, it is a proper developmental milestone, yaar. Don't try to introduce any hard sleep training right now because they are too young. Just comfort them as much as possible and sleep in the afternoon whenever the baby sleeps.

I am literally typing this with one eye closed at 3 AM. Honestly, there is no survival guide other than crying a little, drinking endless tea, and waiting for this phase to end. Just lower your standards for house cleaning and survive.

My children went through this, and now my grandchildren are going through it. It seems like an endless nightmare right now, but trust me, it is just a brief phase that you will barely remember in a few years. Be patient and support each other as parents.
