How to support mental health daily?

My job is really demanding, and I often feel drained by the end of the day. I want to find practical, everyday things I can do to keep my mental health in check. Any tips on how to support mental health daily?

Practicing just ten minutes of Anulom Vilom and deep breathing in the morning sets a very peaceful tone for the entire day. It calms the nervous system wonderfully. I have felt a massive drop in my daily anxiety since I started this simple practice.

Actually, daily commuting in this rush can completely drain you, yaar. I just put on my noise-canceling headphones, listen to some good music or a podcast, and ignore the chaos. Taking small breaks during work is super important to survive the day.

I feel my mood directly depends on what I eat! Having a fresh fruit bowl or some dark chocolate when I feel low daily keeps me going. Obviously, don't binge on junk, but eating things you love really keeps the happy hormones active.

Just sit with your family for dinner daily without any television or phones. Talking to my kids and sharing daily jokes helps me unwind completely. It costs nothing and keeps everyone grounded and happy.

Bro, just keeping my phone away for an hour before sleeping has improved my mood so much. Daily doomscrolling on social media was making me feel like my life is going nowhere. Just sleep well and hang out with real friends instead of online ones.

A daily 30-minute brisk walk in the fresh air does wonders for releasing endorphins and lifting your mood. If your health and doctor permit, try some light strength training or jogging. The physical tiredness actually helps you sleep much deeper and worry less.
