How to strengthen thyroid?

My thyroid reports have been a bit off lately, and I'm feeling really sluggish. The doctor is considering medication, but I want to know if there's anything I can do to naturally strengthen my thyroid and help it function better before starting pills.

I tried soaking coriander seeds overnight and drinking that water in the morning for months. It helped me with bloating and general digestion, which made me feel much better. Along with this, eating a few soaked almonds and pumpkin seeds daily really keeps your body nourished. Just stay consistent.

Oh, thyroid issues can be so scary, I completely understand your stress. I always worry about my TSH levels fluctuating even slightly and keep checking online. Just make sure you are eating properly, avoiding stress, and getting regular blood checks so you don't panic like me. We will get through this.

Hey, don't stress too much about this. Thyroid issues are very common and highly manageable if you take care of your daily routine. Focus on eating balanced meals, sleeping on time, and not taking too much mental pressure. Take it one step at a time, you are doing fine.

Same issue here, it is really tough sometimes. Just don't skip your medicine if your doctor has prescribed it.

Consult a endocrinologist

Honestly, the thyroid gland needs very specific medical evaluation. I go to an endocrinologist at a reputed hospital every six months for my thyroid panel test. Please don't rely only on internet tips; let a doctor check your reports and guide you on the exact dosage if needed.

Pranayama can be very supportive for endocrine health. Practicing Ujjayi pranayama and Sarvangasana gently every morning has helped me stay energetic. It stimulates the throat area and brings a sense of deep calm to the entire body. Just do it under proper guidance initially.

For thyroid health, keeping your metabolism active is key. Focus on some resistance training or bodyweight exercises 3-4 times a week and hit your protein target. I find that staying physically active helps manage the fatigue that comes with thyroid fluctuations. Keep moving.
